This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to www.NewManchester.org, and Avery Cyr Victory Campaign PAC ("Campaign") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Campaign include www.NewManchester.org. The Campaign's website is a Political Campaign site. By using the Campaign website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Campaign donors' info including full name, and home address will be collected and publicly disclosed to all relevant election authorities as required by law.

The Campaign may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Campaign, in order to determine what the Campaign services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Campaign to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Right to Deletion

From time to time, the Campaign may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
